1. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions that directly support animal rescue, medical treatment, food, shelter, and operational costs. All donations are non-refundable.

2. Sale of Physical Products

ChinaTAC may offer physical products such as pet supplies, educational materials, or charity merchandise. Product purchases are separate from donations.

3. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Valid proof of purchase is required

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Donations and sponsorship contributions
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear

5. Refund Process & Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

6. Shipping & Handling Costs

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or damage upon arrival.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Exchanges are subject to availability and must follow the same timeframe as return requests.
